Cancellation Policy

To secure your booking some of our salons may ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the cost of your service. The deposit will be taken when you book your appointment and will be taken off your final bill when you pay for the service you have received.

The deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel, as long as you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. The deposit will also be fully refunded if a service cannot be provided for any reason.

Any cancellations after this time or clients fail to attend their appointment will incur the 30% fee. We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances.

If you need to cancel, please give us a call or use our online* booking system. Please don’t text, email or a message us on social media.

*Please note: If you cancel your appointment online, you will not automatically receive your deposit back. You need to call the salon and our receptionist team will refund the deposit for you.
