Important Update: Patch Test Policy

We have an important update for all hair colour clients. You may have seen our recent announcement, informing you that we have changed our colour supplier to WELLA.

As part of this change, we are requiring a patch test prior to all appointments and hair colour transformations. This is to ensure the safety and satisfaction of your hair colour experience with us.

While we appreciate this may be an inconvenience, it is important we follow the correct safety procedures for your safety and peace of mind of both clients & stylists. Reactions to hair colour can be serious.

You will need to make an appointment to attend the salon at least 48 hours before your hair colour service for your test.

What Happens During My Patch Test?

We will apply a small amount of colour formula behind your ear, this should be left untouched for at least 48 hours.

Your stylist will explain what a positive reaction can look like. Should you experience any signs of irritation, reddening, swelling, inflammation or itching, please get in touch straight away.

If you develop symptoms that make you unwell, please contact a medical professional.
